Application:
The line is used to blow LDPE, HDPE plastic film. It is widely used in the packing of industrial goods, food and agricultural covering (ground film, greenhouse film).
Features:
The barrel and screw of the extruder adopt the high-grade alloy steel that are processed precisely and go through nitridation treatment, so they are outstandingly grind-resistant (hardness:HV900-1000), erosion-resistant as well as exact and reliable. It is also possesses the characteristics of automatic constant temperature controlling system, multipoint control, highly controlling accuracy. Auxiliary machine installs platform balustrade worktable, so it can be operated easily and safely. Roll-up machine adopts multi-roller friction wind-up structure.

T/T, L/C(you must pay 30% of total contract amount by T/T as deposit.).
2). Can I get a sample? And how?
Yes, you can get some sample, and you need to pay for it. However, that cost can be refundable after you buy our machines or tapes more than MOQ.
3). What kind of files do you accept for printing?
PDF, Word, PPT, High resolution JPG.
4). Can you do the design for us?
Yes,just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect products.
5). What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly,it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.The lead time of MOQ is about 10 to 15 days. Generally speaking,we suggest that you start inquiry one month
