Factory and Certific

The SA-2AHM Conveyor Type Long polyurethane movable foam sheet making machine

is specially designed for cutting long block into thin sheet and rolling for roll foam for laminating and quilting purposes. Cutting unit is a moveable cutting head with travel wheel can move on solid steel rail. The rail is mounting on the slat conveyor. Long foam block is putting on slat conveyor which is an extending conveyor after the foaming machine. The slat conveyor is top with sand paper.

The cutting unit is also equipped with 2 side working stand for operator to stand on during the cutting process. Cutting tool is 50mm width blade supported by special heavy duty durable blade guide, cutting knife, also with two Dia. 125mm cup grinding unit with dust exhaust. The machine has rewinding unit for the finished sheet.
