SA-2AHCL Sunkist Conveyor type Long foam sheet cutter
has strong cast steel knife guide for cutting flexible foam, rebounded foam, PVC foam, cork or rubber foam.

Cutting frame is with 2 knife pulleys dia. 500mm equipped with 2” knife and driven by 7 1/2HP motor.
Cutting frame transverses via spindles in round tube.
The solid Knife guide bar also equips with three adjustable knife jigs for guiding the cutting knife within cutting range.
Two grinding motors with dia. 100mm cup grinds to give uniform shape.
A Pressure roller dia. 100mm with hand-wheel is adjustable to the individual cutting thickness and is pointed by scale.
Moving table is made by steel tube welding, and reinforced by angle steel.
Top ply is covered by waterproof plywood and part of table laminated with abrasive.
Table driven by 10HP variable speed motor and advanced by steel wire and slides on the steel rail is made by casting plastic wheel.
The table driven motor equips with powerful multi-steps brake unit for auto cutting requirement.
