1> Certification of ISO 9001. CE(MD+LVD)
2> We have inspections every year by National Quality Technical Supervise Department.
3> Our Quality Inspection Department make test of each machine before loading.
1: Keep the machine in dry environment.
2: Before the first production, please fill hydraulic oil into the tank, keep the oil level higher than 80/180degree. And pay more attention to the oil Pressure.
3: Please check the Sensor position before each shift, and tighten them again.
4: After each shift, please cleaning all the equipments, and lubricating each running parts.
5: Please cut off the Total Power when User maintaining the machine.
6: When need to change mold, please discharge or install them slowly and keep the Up mold foot safety. Please do it as our video.
