Equipment features:
The Electro-Hydraulic-Mechanical Integration has been achieved in this machine, with automatic PLC control and Touch-Screen. Put the cut EPS panel into the Automatic EPS(Expandable Polystyrene) Feeder. The EPS feeder will send the EPS into the mold and then automatic backward for next recycle, with high productivity.

2> We have inspections every year by National Quality Technical Supervise Department.
3> Our Quality Inspection Department make test of each machine before loading.
1: Keep the machine in dry environment.
2: Before the first production, please fill hydraulic oil into the tank, keep the oil level higher than 80/180degree. And pay more attention to the oil Pressure.
3: Please check the Sensor position before each shift, and tighten them again.
4: After each shift, please cleaning all the equipments, and lubricating each running parts.
5: Please cut off the Total Power when User maintaining the machine.
6: When need to change mold, please discharge or install them slowly and keep the Up mold foot safety. Please do it as our video.
