♣ Introduction:
1. The automatic mud brick making machine, on the basis of absorbing and introducing the experiences at home and aboard, designed by our factory, is new type brick machine. 2. The series of brick machine is taking clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash, mountain mud, silt, industrial tailings, sludge, etc. as raw materials, through crushing, mixing, brick machine to make prescriptive cross-section of ordinary solid bricks, hollow brick and other products for building.
3. Using the technology of our this brick machine can recycle the wastes, save energy and reduce consumption, which has the obvious economic benefits and social benefits.

This simple Autoamtic mud brick making machine, used to make red clay bricks automaticly, includes feeding machine, crusher, mixer, conveyors, extruding machine, cutting machine.
The simple process of brick production line is: Box Feeder --> Roller Crusher/ Double Stage Crusher --> Double Shaft Mixer --> Brick Making Machine --> Brick Slitter --> Brick Cutter.
1) Taking clay with box feeder, then belt conveyor carries clay to roller crusher till crush clay into very small particles.
2) After crushed, clay powder will less than 3mm. Then belt conveyor carries clay to mixer, which to increase the comprehensive quality of raw materials, greatly improve the appearance quality and ratio of forming. Then clay powder being shaped by brick making machine.
3) After extruding wet column brick,cutting column brick under 1.0-1.5 m,use the automatic brick cutter to cut pieces brick with different capacity.
4) The automatic setter will take the green bricks on the ferry cars and then take the ferry cars into the kiln.
