1. Application of Aluminum conductor carbon fiber composite core reinforced ACCC Conductor :
The bare conductor:AAC,AAAC,ACSR,AACSR,ACAR and Galvanized steel wire, are used in overhead electrical power transmission and distribution lines with various grade voltage. .
2. Material Standard of Aluminum conductor carbon fiber composite core reinforced ACCC Conductor :
AAAC,AAC,ACSR,AACSR,ACSR/AW ,ACCC Conductors can be produced fully in accordance with international standard such as IEC,BS,ASTM,DIN,JIS,NF,CSA,AS/NZS.
Bare aluminum alloy 1350-H19 wires, concentrically stranded around a Class A galvanized coated steel core wire. ACSR consists of a galvanized steel core of 1 wire, 7 wires, 19 wires etc. surrounded by concentric layers of aluminum wire.
3. Executive standard :
Our Bare conductor can meet or exceedthe item of cable international standards, such as:IEC 61089, BS 215 part1(AAC), BS 215 part2, BS 324201 (AAAC), DIN 48201 part 5 (AAC), DIN 48204, ASTM B231(AAC), ASTM B232(ACSR), BS EN 50182, BS EN 50183(AAAC), GB/T 1179-2008. Also we accept the OEM and the new design cable as customers.
