Brief Introduction of Powder Separator
KX High efficient powder separator is improved powder separator with external circulation and the rotor after years of research and development . It is designed on the basis of rotor separator,applying plane vortex theory to cyclone separator.Proved by practice using , powder efficiency is over 85%; Flexible fine adjustment, reliable performance.
Features of Powder Separator:
1. With pre-classification technology
Material in the rotor role to achieve a pre-classification, such that the first portion of the coarse particles are separated, thereby reducing the amount of the coarse in classificaiton zone and make circulating gas dust concentration decreases.And improve unit air volume containing amount of dust, the equipment unit area yield has been increased.
2. Higher classification accuracy
The powder selector by increasing the amount of circulating air and graded interface, making particle classification accuracy increases, effective control of 30 microns (60 microns in particular) or more particles to adapt to the new standards for cement particle size distribution requirements.
3. Countercurrent dispersion technology
Material is fed through the feed hopper spread on trays, through the jet port is blown downwardly inclined 25 °, which is formed with a uniform upward movement of the reverse cycle air, reverse flow effect. The particles of different mass under the action of particles in the air due to different trajectory, thus effectively graded and prevent the qualified finished product particles are re-refined into the mill by coarse particles, to produce the phenomenon of over-grinding.
4. Extend the classification period
The machine powder room height increases 180 mm, so not only increases the contact time with the material and flow, and increase the ratio of height to diameter cyclone, thereby enhancing the powder concentrator of 10 microns or less ability to collect fine powder.
