CS Symons cone crusher machine working principle
When CS series efficient spring cone crusher machine work, motor through V-belt, a large pulley, drive shaft, a small bevel gear, a big bevel gear driven eccentric rotation, main shaft under the forced motion of eccentric bushings do rotary swing, making the crushing wall sometimes close and sometimes far away from the bowl, so that the material in the ring crushing cavity which be composed of fixed cone and moving cone constantly under attack, pressing and bending and breaking. After repeated extruded, shock and bent, the material crushing to the required particle size by the lower discharge.
