1. Main use and scope of application
The AluPVC profile single axis copy router (LFX300×100) is mainly used for processing different kinds of holes,grooves,draining holes on the aluminium or PVC windows and doors. This machine adopts the high speed milling cutter which is accelerated by the belt and pneumatic clamping way, so it has advantages like high production efficiency,flexible and performance stable and so on. It is the necessary processing equipment for producing aluminium or PVC windows and doors.

3.Main structures
1.1 Milling head
The milling head is rotated under the driven of the motor through the circular belt, after putting onto the work piece, then can process continuously.
1.2 Two-stage copying contact pole
The diameter between two-stage copying contact pole and milling cutter is the same (the contact pole can be adjusted according to milling cutter’s diameter), so, can mill and process according to the proportion of 1:1, thus can guarantee the shape which you milled is as same as the shape of holes on the copying template.
