Description
EBW series Horizontal Disc Bead Mill is a kind of wet-grinding machine suitable for continuous or cyclical process. The machine applies to materials with various viscosity and can get ideal particle size in shorter time, more efficiently. It is easy to start with low energy consumption rate and high grinding effect.
Features
1, high abrasive resistance materials (zirconia, tungsten carbide, hard alloy etc.) guarantee working life span
2, dynamic fence booms discharge solve problems of slow discharge and grinding medium getting stuck
3, German BURGMANN double end-face mechanical seal can bear more than 10bar pressure
4, screw structure inside cooling jacket increase cooling area and improve cooling efficiency
5, grinding beads are small to 0.3-0.6 mm
6, meet demands of continuous production
7, can process materials of different viscosity
8, easy to start, low power consumption, high wet grinding/milling efficiency
