Professional Manufacturer Thermal Paper Slitting & Rewinding Slitting Machine
Summary:
This machine is used for slitting fax paper, cash register paper, film, self-adhesive trade marks, and other paper less than 250gsm. It’s advanced equipment at home and abroad.
Specifications:
1.It’s controlled by microcomputer and touch screen.
2.The main motor is controlled by inverter.
3.All of the transmission shafts are treated by dynamic/static.
4.It has red line marking device to print one red line on the end of paper roll.
5.It adopts round disk knife for slitting, and waste edge automatic discharge device.
6.The unwinding and rewinding are quipped with fully automatic tension controller to keep constant tension.
7.Automatic meter counting device. The machine will stop running immediately when reach to the set value.
8.It’s equipped with synchronous belt to avoid the overlapping between different paper rolls after slitting.
9.It adopts surface rewinding system to slit the small roll fax paper or cash register paper.
10.Equipped with emergency switch button for safer production.
11.We can provide rewinding shaft in diameter of 12.7mm, 25.4mm and 50.8mm. Some other sizes are subject to the buyers’ demands.
