Shuttle star Micra-20 was designed to rework tiny components such as 01005, 0201 resistor&capacitor.

- 0.5mm diameter suction nozzle , can absorb smaller BGA
- 5 mega-pixel color optical system with functions of split vision, zoom-in and micro –adjustment, equipped with telecentric lens cone
- Top heater use the patent cooling , heating integration device ;powerful whirlwind function make the temperature more uniform.
- High-precision alignment system combin PC+Servo +CCD, friendly program interface
- Cross roller guide way+precision control wheel, achieve the micron grade adjust on the working working platform
- Nozzle pressure control more precise
- Automatic indentification the mounted height
- Precise vacuum control system ,can absorb the smaller chip
- Suction nozzle can rise, autorotation, alignment, soldering and desoldering
- Convenient operate button, can continue finish the related process action after press button
