Hydraulic rocker arm die cutting machine
Application:
This machine is used for cutting nonmetal materials such as leather, rubber, plastic, cotton, textile, paper, or other similar materials. It is widely used in shoes making industry.
Feature
1. Operation with both hands is safe and reliable.
2. The oil way system specially designed can conveniently adjust the rocker height.
No adjustment is needed after the height of die cutter is changed.
3. The use of time control allows for simple and convenient setting of cutter depth.
4. The whole machine uses self-lubricating system to reduce wear and extend the
service life of the machine
5. It cuts easily, safely, economically, at a high speed & low failure rate.
6. Rocker descends stably, cuts smoothly and moves around flexibly.
7. Precise control the rocker stroke with the hand wheel and cutting pressure with the potentiometer, greatly reduce wastage of cutting boards.
8. The inertial energy of flying wheel is used so that the energy consumption is low
and the operation stable.
