the machine is general purpose closed multi-position press machine which can complete the working procedures of blistering, embossing, ruling and riveting in a stroke for the forming of easy open lid
EASY-OPEN CAP MAKING LINE:
1. Production capacity: 80-100 pieces/minutes
2. Production process:
tinplate plate or aluminum plate(1)-- press lid(NCP-008A full automatic feeding NC punch)(2)-- rounding edge of lid(2B7A edge rounding machine)(3)-- inject glue and dry(GT2C10 vertical injecting and drying machine)(4)-- sheet stretching(stretcher)(5)-- punch into shape of ring pull (25T punch) (6)-- the working procedures of blistering, embossing, ruling and riveting in a stroke for the forming of easy open lid(GT2A8 multi-position punch)(7)
3. This production line for the manufacture of tinplate (or aluminum )easy-open cap, The entire production process is fully automated by PLC, high production efficiency, and saving materials and so on.
