This easy open cap production line can applied to various kinds of cap making, the products mainly used in food can, beverage can,with high quality and good shape.

2. Production process:
tinplate plate or aluminum plate(1)-- press lid(NCP-008A full automatic feeding NC punch)(2)-- rounding edge of lid(2B7A edge rounding machine)(3)-- inject glue and dry(GT2C10 vertical injecting and drying machine)(4)-- sheet stretching(stretcher)(5)-- punch into shape of ring pull (25T punch) (6)-- the working procedures of blistering, embossing, ruling and riveting in a stroke for the forming of easy open lid(GT2A8 multi-position punch)(7)
