Big bag unloader SR-1000 is intended to unload (discharge) fresh loose powder bulk materials and mixes of coarse and fine fractions such as cement, gypsum, sand, crush stone, wood chips, EPS granules and others from FIBC containers such as Big Bag. The bags of weight-carrying ability from 400 up to 2000 kg of FIBC container of single or multiple use with a valve of 110-140 mm by length are used for unloading.

The big bag unloader SR-1000 includes:
- a frame and a unloading module installed.
- service hopper with knife to open bags installed
- shaking device on the hopper
- rubber dumpers-vibration isolators that prevent the vibrating impulses to be passed on the structural elements of unloading module.
- lifting mechanism (manual lifting) / electrical lifting hoist is an option
- disk or knife valves on the unlaoding spout
The Bulk bag unloader can be supplied with:
- screw conveyor
- belt conveyor
