DZ30-4 Small Mining Vibrating Feeder, Factory Vibrating Feeder Price
DZ series vibrating feeder is a new type of feeding equipment which is widely used in metallrgy, coal, chemicals, building materials, ceramics, food and other industries.
It can feed block or granule materiasl from the storage silo to charging device evenly and continuously. It can be also used for automatic matching, quantitative package, automatic regulating process.
Working Principle of Vibrating Feeder
The vibrating motors force the feeding trough body to make simple harmonic vibration or similar to simple harmonic vibration in a certain direction. When the acceleration of its vibration achieves some certain value, the materials will make continuous and small throws or slides along the transmission direction in the feeding trough body, which causes the forward motion and transmission of the materials.
Structure of Vibrating Feeder
The motor vibrating feeder mainly compose of frame, vibrating motors, springs, transmission trough body, vibrating support plate, control box, etc.

The vibrating feeder always works together with vibrating conveyor, vibrating screen, chain bucket elevator, crusher, ball mill, and so on. In mining industry, it is always used to feed ball mill evenly.
