Fannal Electronics is a professional supplier of liquid crystal display module (LCM/LCD module). Our company has established a well equipped factory. The staff there follows the rules and regulation strictly and guarantees the high quality of our products. The customers can put great confidence in Fannal’s products.
1. Have you ever exported to foreign countries?
We started our international trade at the beginning of 2013, so most of our customers still remain in the stage of sample testing and initial batch.
We have exported to Italy, UK, Poland, USA, Russia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, French, Colombia, Austria, Australia, Canada, Brazil, India and many other countries.
2. What is the lead time of the products?
Samples in stock will be delivered within a week after payment.
Mass production typically needs four to six weeks for delivery.
Tailor-made design drawings will begin after payment. The initial samples will be finished within 3 weeks after the drawing is approved.
3. Payment methods:
For samples: payment in advance.
For mass production: 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
4. What certifications do you have?
ROHS, ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949, QC080000 and OHSAS18001
5. What is the MOQ?
It depends on different products. Please keep in touch with sales to confirm the MOQ.
6. How long is the warranty period?
Generally the warranty period is one year. It depends on different products.
7. Could we place an order as OEM to produce under our own brand?
Yes, our company accepts OEM and ODM ONLY for the following types:
Resistive Touch Panel (1.8 inch to 19 inches)
Capacitive Touch Panel (1.5 inch to 32 inches)
The sizes of the Touch Panel can be adjusted according to the customers' requirements (customizing).
