1) Description and feature
With 3-roller structure the Universal Bending machine is high reliable and high precision Roll form machine. It is capable of conical rolling. The machine is consist of upper roller assembly, horizontal moving unit, lower roller unit, supporting roller unit, driving gear, hydraulic tilting unit, counterbalance, stand and base, Hydraulic system and electric system.
The upper roller is made of forged alloy steel 42CrMo4, hardened and ground in crown shape. It is pressed by 2 cylinders at pressure 19.5 Mpa. It is moved vertically by hydraulic cylinder and horizontally by motor driving in operation.
High precious pre-bending.
Suitable for different bending shape
High efficiency with NC control.
With OMRON intelligent high-speed PLC, the control system has function of upper roller position control, machine monitoring and inter-locking, storage and recalling in power failure.
Hydraulics system and Electrics are from famous brand, like Siemens, VALQUA, Parker.
