- Description and Feature
The machine is designed for cutting Grooves on metal sheets and plates, such as steel, aluminum, aluminum, copper, plastic, wood and acrylic panels. It is especially and widely used in Stainless sheet decoration field, to make V grooves before bending.
Gantry type machine, alloy steel welded structure, and whole frame stress annealed, having good rigidity and strength and durability.
Whole table planed in house with good flatness
Open-architecture CNC controller, extensible for new function
3-blade cutting head, working with high efficiency.
High speed sliding Blade Carrier, driven through Ball screw and Linear Guide rail, with high repeat positioning accuracy.
Hydraulic clamping pad unit
Spray Cooling system
