For control panel of MZ-1000 IGBT inverter submerged arc welder, there are three adjustable knobs for regulation of current, arc and arc characteristic.
As well as that, there are two metal switches for thin/thick wire and submerged arc welding, manual welding and carbon arc gouging. Besides that, two digital displays can be seen from the panel, standing for current and voltage respectively.
A tractor weighted 45 kg are equipped with the product and it is designed with advanced dual-track tubular framework, which ensures stable welding operation and single and twin-wire submerged arc welding. Both welding speed and wire feeding speed of MZ-1000 IGBT inverter submerged arc welder can be steplessly adjusted, 20-150 cm/min for welding speed and 30-360 cm/min for wire feeding speed.
