MZ-800 IGBT inverter submerged arc welder has a perfect automatic protection so the service life is extended and with duty cycle of 100% which means that it is suitable for 24 hour operation under full load.
With all these features, it is the ideal welding machine for industrial applications. The input power for this machine is three-phase 380V and the range of submerged arc welding voltage is from 17 to 50V. Designed with imported high-power double-barreled IGBT inverter technology, this product has high-power output, anti-interference performance and stable arc.
Besides that, the diameter of wire used is 2-5mm depending on the welding steel. The flux used in MZ-800 IGBT inverter submerged arc welder has an excellent quality so metal mechanical properties of weld can be enhanced and the incidence of welding defects can be reduced.
