MZ-1250 IGBT inverter submerged arc welder has the greatest weight, biggest dimension, power and output current in this series.
The dimension, net weight and output current are 3.1 times, 1.9 times and 1.98 times of model MZ-630 and lifting equipment or casters on the bottom should be used to move this giant machine.
Apart from this feature, MZ-1250 IGBT inverter submerged arc welder can be used as carbon arc gouging machine by simple adjustment. In real practice, carbon arc gouging is mainly applied for gouging and eliminating weld defects.
However, a word of warning, please take care because carbon arc operation can cause smoke, dust pollution and arc radiation.
