1  The extruder adopts the structure of ball head connecting rod and guiding pole position, so one machine can extrude double tubes at one time. It has many advantages, such as low noise, little vibration, without lubrication during movement.

2  The printing device adopts the ink print before cooling making the font on pipes clearer and more firmly.

3  Feeding system adopts the imported 60W variable speed motors and spring feeding. The system performs stably and feeds precisely.

4  The special mandrel heating system can save more energy.

5  The independent haul-off device which adopts imported 90W variable speed motors can control the haul-off speed more precisely.

6  The rolling machine can roll automatically

Raw material → mixing → feeding → plunger stamping and extrusion → cooling → pipe coiling (drawing) → measuring and cutting → inspection → packing and inventory.
