PVC Tube Extrusion Machine/ Plastic Tube Extrusion Machine is special for U-PVC, C-PVC water supply and water drainage pipe, electric conduit pipe, and cable pipe.
It use conical twin screw extruder which has high extrusion capacity, high melting ability, and special vinyl chloride melting screw.
this Tube Extrusion Machine is made up conical twin screw extruder , vacuum tank , haul off machine , cutting , overturn frame ,it use imported ABB transducer for extruder and haul off machine , the quality of the vacuum pump , and haul off motor are first class . there are multi-kinds hauling method ,like two caterpillars , three caterpillers , four caterpillars , six caterpillars. About the cuting for the products , you can choose saw bit or planetary cutting.
The extrusion line make hommization design and automatic control system, which realizes the full automatic running, and reduce default in production, increase the production efficiency.
