Description :
MCA342 is alarm switch system that Integrated biaxial tilt switch and triaxial accelerometer , transistor output driver circuit. The output signal is high level when the tilt measured value or acceleration value is greater than the alarm threshold . Usually the two output lines is low level if the measured value does not exceed the alarm threshold. Internal unit using electronic non-contact principle, accurate and reliable.
Because of built-in the latest MEMS production technology tilt unit, the dimensions only: 70mmX63mm, and with a high consistency and stability of MEMS technology; internal accelerometer switch integrated single crystal silicon capacitive sensors, composed by a micro-mechanical treated silicon chip ,low power for signal conditioning ASIC, a microprocessor for storing compensation values and a temperature sensor. This product is low-power, after calibration, strong structure , stable output. The new electronic configuration provide the solid-state power to reset , to provide comprehensive protection for over current. Operating temperature -40-85 meet the industry level , is a high effective & low cost tip switches.
Functions :
Vibration detection function:
Vibration detection is more sensitive to sudden changes in the vibration signal, and immediately output high level signal, said theft alarm. When the vibration signal disappears, the alarm signal is immediately released, the output signal is inverted to low level output. If it is uniform vibration signal that caused by the machine around , the alarm will automatically filter out, not produce the alarm output signal
Angle monitoring features:
Internal Tilt switch setting the alarm value ±50 degree, the alarm output high level signal when any one direction of angle tilt exceed 50degree. The output signal will be reversed and output the low level signal when the angle tilt back to within 50deg , the alarm released .
