1. Hydraulic Tire Rubber Press
Hydraulic Tire Rubber Press - Mechanism Features
- The rubber press adopts gantry moving mechanism, single mould and clamping ring.
- The rubber press adopts vertical lift and translation mode for top mould and beam. The bladder control mechanism is B type.
- The rubber press is configured with segmented mould driving device.
- The rubber press adopts programmable controller and data processor as man-machine interface with OSD (on screen display), which make it visual, highly reliable, convenient change process, etc.
Hydraulic Tire Rubber Press - Applications
The rubber press is applicable to vulcanize giant rubber radial tire. Using this rubber press, you can achieve the whole process of rubber tire production from unvulcanized rubber raw embryo to a tyre, including installing embryos, forming and vulcanizing and unloading. The whole process can be achieved to single automatic cycle.
2. Mechanical Tire Rubber Press
Mechanical Tire Rubber Press - Mechanism Features
- The rubber press is used BOM centering mechanism.
- The rubber press is equiped with double-column manipulator, trolley type double cylinder unloading mechanism and front lever type demoulding mechanism.
- The rubber press adopts PLC programmable controller as the control core. Based on industrial computer man-machine interface, users can realize the vulcanization process parameter setting as well as real-time data acquisition, preservation, alarm and visual query of historical parameters when vulcanizing.
- The rubber press has Ethernet interface and supports cluster vulcanizing machine network.
Mechanical Tire rubber Press - Applications
This rubber press machine is applicable to vulcanize green tire, such as heavy & light truck radial tire and bias tire. And it is applicable to the Nitrogen vulcanization or steam vulcanization process.
