Machine Vulcanizing Tyre - Mechanism Features
- This machine vulcanizing tyre adopts gantry moving mechanism, single mould and clamping ring type.
- The upper mould and beam adopts vertical lift and translation mode. The bladder control mechanism is B type.
- This machine vulcanizing tyre is configured with segmented mould driving device.
- This machine vulcanizing tyre adopts programmable controller and data processor as man-machine interface with OSD (on screen display), which make it visual, highly reliable, convenient change process, etc.
This hydraulic machine vulcanizing tyre is applicable to vulcanize giant rubber radial tire. Using this hydraulic vulcanizing machine, you can achieve the whole process of rubber tyre production from uncuredrubber raw embryo to a tyre, including installing embryos, forming and vulcanizing and unloading. The whole process can be achieved to single automatic cycle.
Machine Vulcanizing Tyre - Characteristics
- Upper Beam movement type: Vertical lift and translation. It adopts imported sliding element. The mould is aligned repeatedly and can be achieved high precision.
- Mould clamping and shaping is driven hydraulically. The clamping force and shaping force is adjustable.
- Heating type: Steamer Type. This can improve the quality of vulcanization and reduce the energy consumption.
- The control system adopts imported electrical components, high degree of automation control.
