Rubber Vulcanizing Press - Characteristics
- This rubber vulcanizing press adopts gantry moving mechanism, single mold and lock ring.
- This rubber vulcanizing press takes vertical lift and horizontal moving mode for top mold and beam.
- The rubber vulcanizing press is configured with driving device for segmented tyre mold.
- The rubber vulcanizing press loads green tyre and unload tyre by one-armed rotation manipulator.
- The rubber vulcanizing press’s moving parts including clamping ring, beam, bladder center mechanism, segment mold, power cylinder, manipulator, etc. are achieved by hydraulic pressure station driving oil cylinder.

Rubber Vulcanizing Press - Application
- This rubber vulcanizing press is mainly used for curing all-steel giant radial tyres.
- Using this rubber vulcanizing press, you can achieve the technological process of rubber tyre production from uncured rubber green tyre to a tyre, including installing green tyre, forming, vulcanizing and unloading. The whole process can be achieved to single automatic cycle.
