Hydraulic Rubber Vulcanizer - Mechanism Features
- This rubber vulcanizer adopts gantry moving mechanism, single mould and lock ring.
- The upper mould and beam adopts vertical lift and translation mode. The bladder control mechanism is B type.
- This rubber vulcanizer is configured with segmented mould driving device.
- This rubber vulcanizer adopts programmable controller and data processor as man-machine interface with OSD (on screen display), which make it visual, highly reliable, convenient change process, etc.
Hydraulic Rubber Vulcanizer - Applications
This rubber vulcanizer is applicable to vulcanize giant rubber radial tyre. Using this rubber vulcanizer, you can achieve the whole process of rubber tyre production from unvulcanized rubber raw embryo to a tyre, including installing embryos, forming and vulcanizing and unloading. The whole process can be achieved to single automatic cycle.
Hydraulic Rubber Vulcanizer - Characteristics
- The rubber vulcanizer adopts imported sliding element. The mould is aligned repeatedly and can be achieved high precision.
- Mould clamping and shaping is driven hydraulically. The clamping force and shaping force is adjustable.
- Heating type: Steamer Type. This can improve the quality of vulcanization and reduce the energy consumption.
- The control system adopts imported electrical components, high degree of automation control.
