1. Applicable scope
9RS-70 type kneading machine is widely used in kneading and processing of such crops straw as wheat straw, haulm, cotton stem, broomcorn stem, tree branch, bamboo and reed. This machine can be applied for those materials of 50-200mm length into fields like papermaking, breeding and power generating by straw.
2. Key characteristics
To-be processed materials will be feed into kneading room via conveyer, and are kneaded by interaction force from high-speed rotating hammer plate and kneading board, and then are tossed out by fan blade. Multi-aperture sprinkling device is set at feeding entrance to adjust materials’ water content rate and kneading level.
