Use
The ZBK series Roots vacuum pump is a coarse vacuum equipment, It is widely used in paper, chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials, food, clothing, sugar and other industries, is also the ideal device of vacuum dehydration in the long rotary net of the suction box and fourdrinier paper machine net section of suction box. The ZBK series Roots vacuum pump has higher pumping speed, higher efficiency, more compact structure, smaller size, easier maintenance, longer life, lower power consumption than water ring vacuum pump. Suction medium is dry, wet air or water mixture, but the media can not contain particulate matter, high dust gases or corrosive substances.
Structure and working principle
The machine is driven by the motor through the triangular belt pulley initiative rotor rotation and the driven gear is driven by the synchronizing gear to drive rotor rotation, the two rotors are non-contact, and to keep the amount of about 0.4mm gap. Rotor and the pump body and the end cap should maintain the amount of clearance of about 0.25mm.During the operation, in the lower portion of the pump chamber, due to the continuous separation of the two rotors, lead to the volume expansion . In the upper part ,due to the continuous connection of the two rotors, lead to the contraction of the volume ,so as to complete the suction and exhaust and create a vacuum in the suction side, while the exhaust-side and the atmosphere can be conduction, near atmospheric pressure.
