Easy to operate
Main Features:
- 1. This series machine is suitable for finely and roughly turning cylinder and inner hole,inner and outer taper surfacing, grooving of the ferrous, nonferrous
- metal and some kind of non-metal materials with carbide alloy porcelain tools.
- 2. Feed is driven by AC servo motor, transmitted by ball screw. The universal type has such construction that can be rebuilt into CNC type.
- 3. By the exchange of machine spindle motor drive, with 16 vertical shaft speed, to achieve the speed of table.
- 4. Table for the hot symmetrical structure. Workstations using high-precision spindle adjustable redial clearance double row cylindrical roller bearings
- short centering. Use constant current axial pressure rails, table rotation with high accuracy, large capacity, small heat distortion characteristics.
5. Holders of the vertical guide rails for HIP unloading. Ram vertical movement for the sliding rails.
