2016 High Quality Hand Brick Cutter :
1. It must install the protective cover for the grinding wheel of brick cutting machine,silicon carbide grinding wheel should be used, must have factory certification. Should check whether there are cracks or wet,confirm eligible before use.
2. Do not slam the compression adjustment pedal by leaving the cut tile grinding wheel load is too large; pressure, the grinding wheel is easily broken if the press is too large.Nor is the pressure on pedal too heavy.
3. When cutting tiles, bricks can not change direction and position, to prevent twisting crack breaks grinding wheel.
4. Cutting operator should wear protective glasses, masks and gloves.
5. Should immediately cut off the power when the process of brick cutting is failure, it is prohibited to repair the mechanical moving parts when the machine runs.
