Standards
The products are manufactured according to the standards of GB/T 12527 in "aerial insulated cables of rated voltages up to and including 1 kV and GB 14049 in aerial insulated cables with rated voltage of 10kV".
Property and Function
The cable is extruding weatherability XLPE insulation, weatherability HDPE insulation or black weatherability PVC insulation, weatherability HDPE insulation HDPE insulation out the compacting copper, aluminum conductor. With simple construction, good mechanical, physical and electrical properties, safe enough. It also has good properties of resistance to tracking, surface discharge resistance, resistance to weathering. It has smaller laying distance, Line Length, voltage drop when comparing with bare wire, especially in reducing accident and ensuring safety of the body. The cable can be used in city, country, mountain area, forest area, mining area, it is an all-weather new product of the cable.

Properties of Application
1. Rated voltage U0/U is divided into two kinds.
a.0.6/1kV
b.10kV
2.Allowing operating temperature in long-term.
PVC insulated cable shall be 70°C.
HDPE insulated cable be 75°C.
XLPE insulated cable shall be 90°C.
3.The maximum short-circuit temperature(within 5s)
PVC insulated cable shall be 160°C.
HDPE insulated cable shall be 150°C.
XLPE insulated cable shall be 250°C.
4.The ambient temperature shall not be lower than -20°C during installation.
5. The bending radius of cable
Rated voltage 0.6/1kV and below:
For outer diameter D<25mm, bending radius shall not be less than 4D.
For outer diameter D≥25mm, bending radius shall not be less than 6D.
Rated voltage 10kV:
Single core cable:20(D+d)±5%
Multicore cable: 15(D+d)±5%
Where: D-The actual outer diameter of the cable(mm)
d-The actual outer diameter of the conductor(mm)
