Pharmaceutical purified water index:

1.Chemical index: to meet the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 version on pharmaceutical purified water

2.Hygiene examination: microorganism 10CFU/100ml

3. Endotoxin 0.25EU/ml

4. Conductivity is not more than 2 mu S/cm (resistivity is no less than 0.5 MΩ *CM)

Features of device: 

1.the design of structure should be simple, reliable and easy to assemble and disassemble.

2for easy assembling and disassemblingchanging, cleaning the parts, the design of actuator should adopt as standardized, universalized and systematized parts as possible.

3. the wall surface of equipment requires smooth, no dead corner, easy cleaning and sterilization. Surface treatment such as chromeplate should be done to the parts to prevent corrosion and rustOil paint should be avoided for fear that desquamation.

4. Equipment for purified water production must adopt high quality low carbon stainless steel or other materials which are proved not to pollute water quality, and the equipment should be cleaned regularly, and the cleaning effect should be verified.

5. for the equipment of water for injection, the contact material must adopt high quality low carbon stainless steel or other materials which are proved not to pollute water quality, and the equipment should be cleaned regularly, and the cleaning effect should be  verified.

6. the storage cycle of purified water should not be longer than 24 hours. The storage tank should adopt stainless steel material or other materials which is proved non-poisonous, anti-corrosion and no leakage of contaminated ionsThe protective vent should be installed with hydrophobic aseptic filter without fiber falling off . The inner wall of the storage tank shall be smooth, and there shall beno dead ends and sand hole for joint and welding. The equipment should adopt transducer which is free from water stagnant and indicates parameters such as liquid level, temperature and pressure, etc.

7. convey of pharmaceutical water

1) purified water and pharmaceutical water should be conveyed by stainless steel pump which is easy to assemble, disassemble, clean and sterilize.In the spot where compressed air or nitrogen gas convey is required,compressed air and nitrogen must be purified

2) purified water should be conveyed by the circulating pipeline. Piping design should be simpleavert blind pipe and dead corner. Piping should adopt stainless steel or other material which is proved non-poisonousanti-corrosion and no leakage of contaminated ions. Valves should adopt sanitary valve of no dead cornerand the flow direction of purified water conveying should be marked.

3) pipes and pumps for purified water and water for injection conveying should be cleaned and sterilized regularly and verified qualified before use.

8. pressure vessel design shall be undertaken by department with license and qualified personnel, and conducted in accordance with relevant regulations of PRC National Standard Steel made Pressure Vessel(GB150-80) and pressure vessels safety and technical  supervision regulation.

 

Characteristics of equipment technology:

1. The system adopts fully automatic control (also manual control is available), during operation the system can be set automatic  backwashing and regeneration process.

2.one-stage reverse osmosis and two-stage reverse osmosis are provided with backflow pipes, and the reverseosmosis equipment is provided with chemical cleaning  system and sterilizing system;

3. PH regulator is installed between the one-stage and two-stage reverse osmosis to make sure product water conductivity is in  accordance with the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia;

4. Two-stage reverse osmosis membrane adopts positively charged anti-pollution membrane to make sure thelongterm and stable  operation of reverse osmosis equipment;

5. one-stage reverse osmosis pipeline adopts SS304 material, two-stage reverse osmosis adopts SS316L materials;

6. one-stage reverse osmosis and two-stage reverse osmosis equipment are equipped with an online electrical conductivity  detector, so that the product water conductivity can be viewed at any time;

7. a low pressure protection switch is set ahead of one-stage reverse osmosis equipment, and high pressure protection switch and  low pressure protection switch are set ahead of two-stage reverse osmosis;

8. water recovery rate of one-stage and two-stage reverse osmosis can be adjusted. Recovery rate of one-stage reverse osmosis is  60%-65%, and of two-stage reverse osmosis is 70%;

9. the pre-treatment device adopts parts imported with original packaging; pipes for pre-treatment pipeline are UPVC.

10.Purified water storage tank is equipped with breathing filter and conveying pipeline is provided with UV sterilizer and microporous  filter, to make sure pure water meet the health requirements.

 

Water quality standard: 

1) drinking water: in line with PRC National Standards Hygienic Standard for Drinking Water (GB5749-85)

2) purified water: in accordance with the standard of purified water written in the 2010 version Chinese  Pharmacopoeia.

3) water for injection: in accordance with the standard of water for injection written in the 2010 version Chinese  Pharmacopoeia.

e. UV lamp:                                  8000 hours
