Vibrator crusher introduction
Vibrating screen are used to separate material into different sizes for further processing. Material is delivered onto the screen surface where it is moved by being vibrated and rolled with a circular motion. The SANYYO YK Vibrating Screen has earned its name from the long semi-circular motion which makes this machine one of the most efficient designs to date. This model is proven to be highly efficient, very reliable, with a durable structure with a low noise vibration. It is both simple and safe to operate and maintain.
Vibrator crusher special design
Built with Double Bearings on each side. In order to increase the stability of this YK Vibrating Screen, our engineers have designed this model with double bearings on each side which, extends the life span of each machine making it more stable. Down time and maintenance periods are dramatically reduced, especially when compared to the older designs.

Vibrator crusher operating principle
Operation of the YK Vibrating Screen is achieved when the vibrating generator and eccentric shaft, driven by a motor via a spindle coupling, which rotate at a high speed. The strong centrifugal force generated by this rotation impels the screen box to move in a continuous circular compulsory motion where the material is projected over the screens’ surface within the box. The smaller granules drop down through the different sized layers of mesh where, they are discharged from each screen outlet. This stops the particles from becoming stuck and blocking the holes. Screening of different sized material is achieved by this continuous motion.
