Equipment introduction
Vibrating Feeder is a new type of feeding equipment with advanced technology in the 1990s. This machine is jointly developed by our enterprise and the National Beijing Nonferrous Metallurgy Research Institute and Northeast University of Technology, and it is awarded “National New Product”. There was an industrial commissioning in DEXING Jiangxi Copper Mine in 1992. In December that year, it passed the technical appraisal of Beijing Nonferrous Metals Company. In 1994, it was awarded “China New Product” certificate issued by Five Ministries of China.
Adaptive range
Vibrating feeders have formed two series of coal, metallurgy. The products are well sold in the coal mine, coal washery, nonferrous metallurgical mines, power plants, granaries, dock, loading station, building materials and other industries.
Working principle
Vibrating Feeder is famous for its not burning Motor. Through our patent Shearing Rubber Spring secondary force, it can throw the materials up and reach the material quantity. It changed the previous linear feeding way. It uses a “Principle of Parabolic Type Circular Vibrating Screen”, it can fully throw up the materials .Fast rolling motion reduces the friction to the tub. It can meet the requirements of intermittent or continuous job. There is no damage to the motor. large power, energy saving, flexibility, low noise and large feeding amount greatly improve the production efficiency and economic benefits.
