Equipment introduction
Electromagnetic vibrating feeder transported the little massive, granular, powder and other bulk materials to the next device continuously and uniformly.It is appropriate for the powder material and the toxic volatile material continuous conveying. And can withstand 200 ℃ following materials transport. This machine can be used for continuous synchronous transmission of multi section rigidity, and it can meet the requirements of the process design to meet the requirements of multi feeding and discharging.
Adaptive range
Electromagnetic vibrating feeder can be widely used in metallurgy, coal, electric power, machinery, chemical industry, building materials, light industry and food industrial and mining enterprises(for example: from the silo nesting, to belt conveyor, bucket elevator to the material, to the crusher, ball mill feed, in the packaging system for quantitative feeding, in batching system of uniform continuous blending with).
Working principle
(1) Half wave rectifier control circuit can be used in the rated output to continuously adjust the feed quantity, can be used for automatic control of the production process, realize the production automation.
2) According to user requirements, provide automatic amplitude control system, feeder amplitude fluctuation of less than 3%. The auxiliary computer control box can realize intelligent feeding and high stability.
(3) The structure is simple, light weight, no need of lubrication, convenient maintenance.
(4) The energy consumption is low due to the principle of near resonance. Material in the groove is a micro throwing movement, the material groove wear small.
