1. Description of stainless steel composite board :
Double-phase stainless steel has gradually become one important material for desalination of seawater because of excellent corrosion resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance. Stress corrosion cracking is one corrosive mode caused by sudden failure of materials in the presence of tensile stress under certain temperature and corrosive environment. The strength of double-phase stainless steel is double times austenitic stainless steel. By continuous technological development, our double-phase stainless steel composite boards are widely used in production of evaporators of multistage flash distillation (MSF) seawater desalinating devices because of excellent mechanical property and more economical costs.
2. Specifications of stainless steel composite board :
1) Base plate: Q235B,Q345B,16MnR,20R ect.
Cladding plate: 304,316L,310S,1Cr13 ect.
2) Product thickness: 2mm-50mm
Cladding plate thickness: 0.5mm-5mm
3) Width: 1000mm-3000mm.
4) Length: Coil or 6-12m or according to your special demands
5) Application: Desalination of Seawater
