1. Description of stainless steel composite board :
Stainless steel composite boards, as one energy-saving product, are contributing to consumption of precious metal and reduction of construction cost, and achieve the perfect integration of low cost and high performance. Base plates of hot-rolled stainless steel composite boards and stainless steel can form firm metallurgical combination, which has good mechanical performance, and is available for processes of hot pressing, cold bending, cutting, welding and the like. According to different purposes of storage tanks, the material of base layer can use Q235B, Q345R and other common carbon steel and vessel steel, the material of composite layer can adopt 304, 316L, 1Cr13 and double-phase stainless steel. The free combination of material and thickness can meet different performance requirements of chemical storage tanks.

1) Base plate: Q235B,Q345B,16MnR,20R ect.
Cladding plate: 304,316L,310S,1Cr13 ect.
2) Product thickness: 2mm-50mm
Cladding plate thickness: 0.5mm-5mm
3) Width: 1000mm-3000mm.
4) Length: Coil or 6-12m or according to your special demands
5) Application: Petrochemical Industry
