Stainless Steel Composite Board for Petrochemical Industry
1. Description of stainless steel composite board :
Composite boards are extensively used to produce vessels, towers, heat exchangers, pipelines and the like in the petrochemical equipment. Main refining equipment for crude oil with high sulfur, high salt and high acidity such as vacuum towers, adsorption towers, fractionating towers and stabilizers can adopt stainless steel composite boards to replace common vessel plates and stainless steel plates. The use of composite board can effectively prevent corrosion and resist high temperature, and improve the lifespan of equipment. Otherwise, with development of petroleum and natural gas as well as high H2S, S0 and nitrogen ion containing gas fields, stainless steel composite board is the best material.
2. Specifications of stainless steel composite board :
1) Base plate: Q235B,Q345B,16MnR,20R ect.
Cladding plate: 304,316L,310S,1Cr13 ect.
2) Product thickness: 2mm-50mm
Cladding plate thickness: 0.5mm-5mm
3) Width: 1000mm-3000mm.
4) Length: Coil or 6-12m or according to your special demands
5) Application: Petrochemical Industry
