Stainless Steel Composite Board
1. Description of stainless steel composite board :
It is used as steel linings of sand discharge bottom holes and diversion bottom outlet in the water and electricity industry or steel linings of ship lock gallery and flashboards, with requirements of high wear resistance, impact resistance and appropriate corrosion resistance. Only the three gorges dam required 15,000t composite boards, each large hydropower station needs about 200t composite steel boards mainly at parts of silo, hoppers, chutes and dehydrators.
Over the years, with the increasing requirement of environmental protection and emergency of flue gas desulfurization engineering for reducing SO2 in air, the stainless steel composite boards become the first choice material for thermal power plants. Each thermal power plant, especially a large one, needs 300-400t double-phase stainless steel composite boards.
2. Specifications of stainless steel composite board :
1) Base plate: Q235B,Q345B,Q245R,Q345R,16MnR,20R ect.
Cladding plate: 304,304L,316L,310S,1Cr13,202,321 ect.
2) Product thickness: 2mm-50mm
Cladding plate thickness: 0.5mm-5mm
3) Width: 1000mm-3000mm.
4) Length: Coil or 6-12m or according to your special demands
5) Application: Power Engineering
