1. JBZ-A7 Paper Cup Forming Machine is an automatic machine with multi-working station,
2.The machine includes whole process as: paper-feeding, sealing, oil silicon lubrication, bottom punching, heating, knurling, curling and cup discharge, ect.
3.Produce double- side film- coated cup like beverage cup

For our machines' specail points , please find as follows:
1) gear box is 125 type, which has three year warranty. other company using 100 type which easy have problem in one year.
for the two type of gear box, pls find at attachments.
2) Transducer brand: Huifeng (The largest supplier in china)
3) Two types of drop system. 1: normal type an incline horse.
2: Arm-and-hand systems which use arm to pick the cup drop in to plastic hole. It makes the drop cup 99.9999.
4) Some bearing import from out of china.
5) Contractor:Zhengtai brand (The biggest electric parts supplier in china)
6)Inside of the machine , using big size of chains
