Located in Yantai, our company Yantai Xinpeng Steel Pipe Co., Ltd, is in(APEC) Science& Technology Industrial Park, with convenient transportation. Established in Dec 1992, with registered capital of 5 million Yuan, we have more than 20 years experience in manufacturing and exporting steel pipe. Our company mainly produces various specifications of cold finished precision steel pipe, which are widely used in hydraulic Pneumatic cylinder for automobile, engineering machinery, textile machinery, printing machinery, oil drilling and other field.
Our company is equipped with JLB 250T hydraulic cold drawn machine set, LD120 precision cold rolled machine set, multiple precision straightening machine, box heat treat furnaces(8000-10000mm).In 2002, our company equipped one set advanced CNC skived and roller burnished machine SRB-600mm, several Powerful honed machine, Combined cold drawn, cold rolling, heat treatment and SRB process to produce the best quality products. Standard:GB/T8713-88, GB/T3639-2000 or according to customers’ requirement. Material usual 20#,45#,16Mn,25Mn,27SiMn,St35,St52,etc.

1.Hydraulic Cylinder Tube---Used in the hydraulic cylinder of the heavy machinery, Cranes, excavator also forklifts. Material is various, mainly STKM-13CT, ST52, CK45 and 1020. We can work and get the mechanical property of the clients need and extended the life of the hydraulic cylinder.
2.SRB tube ----- Used in Elevator,buffer and Hydraulic Cylinder .This kind tube have a better roughness inner the tube, ra0.2-0.4um and can use directly in the hydraulic cylinder tube.
Range: ID 50-250mm and Length can work at most 6M.
3.Cold finished tube---- Widely Used. Processing range 30-300mm, biggest length is 11M.
