What is expanded steel wind fence
After the strong wind going through the wind fence, the lowered speed, weakened turbulence intensity wind flows across the storage yard. It becomes a wind with low gradient speed, low curl, weak vorticity and turbulence intensity, which greatly reduced the dust quantity in lower part of the storage yard. When the strong wind comes to dust suppression wall, airflow interference appears and the coming wind speed is reduced. Thus, the kinetic energy of coming wind is greatly reduced. The shearing stress and pressure on surface of the storage pile is reduced, thereby achieving the effect of reducing the fugitive dust pollution.
The steel windbreak fence and dust suppression wall is formed by three parts: foundation, steel structure and steel windbreak panel. The steel structure is designed mainly in accordance with height of storage pile, wind load, earthquake and other factors. Each structure post is completed in factory. The steel windbreak panels are fastened on the structure by stainless stell made bolts and nuts.

Selected raw material for expanded steel wind fence
We purchase steel coils from Baosteel, Ansteel and other reliable steel windbreak wall manufactures in China as the raw material of WALMAX brand wind fence panel. We select most suitable materials of steel according to different application of windbreak fence panel.
Strict anti-rust treatment of expanded steel wind fence
We select different anti-rust treatment for the windbreak fence according to the climatic conditions of the project. We own advanced automatic electrostatic powder coating and galvanizing production lines Before coating, the steel wind fence will be pretreated with multiple steps. By selecting quality outdoor powder, we ensure our sprayed products better weather resistance, humidity resistance, UV resistance, and corrosion resistance. The result of salt fog test, artificial accelerated aging test and thermal test are all above 1000 hours.

Connector of expanded steel wind fence
Panel connectors are punched from the same material and surface treatment of steel panel. Two pieces of steel wind fence panel is connected together with panel connector on the long edge.
Bolts and nuts for expanded steel wind fence
All the bolts and nuts used in the project arel stainless steel. Windbreak wall panel is connected to the steel structure by bolts and nuts. The panel connector is also fastened by bolts and nuts.
