SM-3000 Aluminium PCB separator machine
Description:
The SM-3000 type pcb separator machines were designed to separating prescored panelboards carefully without bending or tension stress, even sensitive SMD components like ceramic capacitors will not be damaged by the depanning process. Due to the special design of the knives also boards with high components placed close to the edges can be depanerlized safely, Based on a proven method of depanning. wedge-shaped knives are used to cut the panets within the groove. this enables boards of less than 1mm thickness to be separated safely and without creating stress, the machine is pneumatically driven using standard parts, it is very quiet with none of the usual compressed air noises.
- PCBs are separated even if sensitive components are 0.5mm from the score line with thickness less than 1mm, and height of up to 20mm.
- Smooth and quiet pneumatic-powered unit is foot pedal activated without operator stress.
- Wedge-shaped blades contour to v-groove score lines, operate in rocking motion, separating boards without bending or breaking.
- No safety risk to operator, since blades are never separated by more than the board thickness.
- Rotary knob easily adjusts blades to PCB score line.
