• Its main structure is made by computerized laser cutting machine, stable, long life and lower maintenance.
• Rollers are made by V-wire, which is stable, long life and lower maintenance; the raw material opening rate can be more than 98% without hurting the original silicon.
• Professional roller balance process that the machine is running without noise, shaking.
• Special roller device protection that the fiber is not jam into the bearings; clean up the rollers once a week enough.
• Mini fiber box equipped with photo switch control the fiber quantity, so fiber jam opener roll and stuck can be avoided.
