Briquetting Plant Machine Introduction:
The Briquetting Plant Machine is also called: strong ball pressing machine, mineral powder pressing ball machine, roller pressing ball machine, goose egg forming machine and so on. The briquetting machine is mainly used for making balls of non-ferrous and ferrous metal ore powder, which can be directly smelted in the furnace to increase the added value. All metallurgical industry waste and auxiliary materials that need to be put into the furnace need a ball press to complete. For example: dust removal ash, pond mud, scale, steel slag, iron concentrate powder, aluminum ash powder, silicomanganese ore powder and so on. A ball press is a device that presses powdery materials into balls.
The Briquetting Plant Machine is widely used, and can briquette, granulate or briquette the following materials, such as aluminum chips, activated carbon, alumina, bauxite, caustic soda, charcoal, clay, coke chips, coal, cryolite, Fertilizers, plastics, limestone, pigments, urea, potash...etc. Its purpose is to reduce dust, control bulk density, recycle, improve transportation characteristics, etc. The capacity design is mainly used for dry powder pressing into pellets in the Pidgeon process of magnesium smelting.
